the goddess of demise
i am finality
the cold that
creeps into you as
darkness comes  
to your eyes
life is no more
i am the reaper

i am the silence
slowly filling you
as you sigh with
your last breath
taken into me,
the sands of
your life- my hourglass
fall away as you do

i am your end
dying with every
step you come
to meet me...
mistress of all inevitable

killing as i
hold you
enter into my
cloak of night
my face the last
sight that you shall see
fall unto me...
die unto me...

i am your reaper,
the reaper of souls...

i just finished a story called "fear the reaper" which i began with some lines i came up with, ended up liking, and added to ta form this poem.
